Innovation for sustainability

Saras gave its cultural, technical and organizational contribution to AMEST 2024, the 6th IFAC international workshop on advanced maintenance engineering, services and technology and asset lifecycle management for sustainable and resilient systems.

The workshop brought together international experts from over 40 universities around the world and technicians from industries at the forefront of applying new and emerging perspectives who presented and discussed the latest advances in maintenance and asset lifecycle management for the transition to a sustainable, human-centered and resilient industry, in line with the objectives of Industry 5.0.

The Sarlux plant hosted a large international delegation of AMEST 2024 participants who were able to learn about and appreciate the production assets of the Saras Group and the digital transformation path that Saras has been implementing for some time to meet the increasingly pressing sustainability requirements and the opportunities offered by Industry 5.0 technologies.

To operate sustainably, Saras uses sophisticated technologies, innovative techniques, efficient processes and advanced knowledge/skills.
