We love team play

Sport promotes positive and authentic values, builds team spirit and a social and educational culture focused on excellence. That’s why we support many local sports clubs such as the Football Academy of Cagliari Calcio, Dinamo Sassari basketball club, the Sarroch Volley club and the Amatori Rugby Capoterra.

Football Academy Cagliari Calcio

Thirty-two teams, about 600 young players between the ages of 10 and 11 met up on Sunday 5 May at the Assemini sports centre for the fifth edition of the Saras Football Academy Tournament. The matches were played throughout the day, and after the round of 16, the quarter-finals and the semi-finals, the final between Futura Calcio Sales and Italpiombo Santateresa ended 4-0.
The winners of the tournament will receive their trophies in front of the public of the Sardegna Arena stadium on the day of the Cagliari-Udinese A-league match.

The record-breaking Dynamo basketball team continues to collect prizes. After the historic victories in the Italian Cup, Italian Super Cup and A-league championship between 2014 and 2015, it has confirmed its place among the legends of Italian basketball by winning the FIBA Europe Cup 2019, its first international trophy, against the German team of Wurzburg.
Its performance in the Italian A-league is also thrilling: after eight victories in a row, the Sardinian team is sure to be in the playoffs.

The men’s team Sarroch Polisportiva Pallavolo, one of the strongest in Sardinia, plays in the B-league national championship, while the Under 12 and Under 13 girls’ teams have won two provincial titles.

Amatori Rugby Capoterra has ended this season’s Italian B-league championship with a good placing.
On Sunday, May 5 at the end of the match won against Bergamo, the ‘Premio Dave Smith’ award was presented to the player who distinguished himself most during the season, both technically and in terms of study and work commitment and loyalty to the club.
